UFO Research Midlands is an organization dedicated to the research and investigation of UFO's and other anomalous phenomena. We have regular monthly meetings and are a very active research group. We welcome both new members and occasional visitors. We attract some of the top speakers on the lecture circuit. Amongst our recent visitors have been Larry Warren, Peter Robbins, Nick Pope, Brenda Butler and Sir Laurence Gardener.

Welcome

Welcome to the home of UFO Research Midlands. We carry out active research into UFO sightings throughout the Midlands area of the United Kingdom and act as a central database of UFO information for the United Kingdom. We promote active and open links to other important groups in the UK such as the Staffordshire UFO Group, the Welsh Federation of Independant UFOlogists and Staffs Paranormal Investigations.

If you are visiting our site for the first time, please be aware that we are a research organisation first and foremost although we do have probably the most active events diary of any UFO group in the UK with regular monthly lectures, skywatches and other social events.

Thank You, UFORM

VENUE FROM MARCH 2007

We have finally found a room we can use for Lectures that meets our requirements at the present time. The room is large, has a small stage, heat and light and the toilets work. There is plenty of car parking in front of the place and also outside on the road, its about a 4 minute walk from the Bus Station in Stourbridge. Its just off Stourbridge ring road on the A491 Hagley Road heading towards Oldswinford its on the left hand side, just past the night club (The picture House) opposite the Peugeot car dealers. It lies back off the road!

As the ones who have attended the Royal Oak will agree the room is great but not suitable for our requirements for lectures, as the last lecture with Jane Mc Carthy proved standing room only!
Excellent Lecture by Jane and she passes on her remarks that she thought the group was fantastic and enjoyed talking to everyone cant wait to come back and see you again.
The first lecture at Stourbridge Labour Club & Institute will be Monday 19th March,
this will be just a one off Monday but we have had to change
all dates from then on to THURSDAYS. First Thursday is April 19th

The Cosford Incident

Over the years UFORM has been invoved in researching some of the most interesting cases in British UFO history and we are hoping to bring you a series of articles about the most famous British cases. We start off with an incident right here on our doorstep in the Midlands, a case which whilst known locally, has not received the national publicity of some of the more major incidents.
